At SAGE Integration (“SAGE,” “we,” “us,”, “our”), protecting your private information is our priority. This SAGE Website Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to https://www.sageintegration.com/ (the “Site”), regardless of the medium in which it is accessed (e.g., mobile browser, computer browser, etc.), and sets forth our privacy practices with respect to data collection and usage we gather via the Site. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to SAGE Integration include the Site and SAGE. The Site is a Business Information and News site. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

ScopeThis Privacy Policy applies to your use and navigation of the Site, regardless of the medium by which the Site is accessed by you.

Collection of InformationWe may collect different times of information from you when you use or navigate the Site or any of the services provided via the Site.

Personal Information:  We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. “Personal Information” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual who is the subject of the information, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number.

Usage Information:  When you use and navigate the Site, we may collect additional information from you that may not by itself reasonably identify you as the source (collectively, “Usage Information”). Usage Information may include information regarding your mobile telephone, your computer, your IP address, the type of Internet browser you are using, the location from which you are visiting the Site, or the areas of the Site you visited and the actions you performed on the Site. Usage Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by SAGE.

How We Collect Information
Directly from You.  We collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide Personal Information to us, for example, by completing various forms, or requests for information, which may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; or (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your Personal Information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us.

Through Your Use of the Site.  We record Usage Information that your browser transmits when you visit our Site.  We may also collect Usage Information about how you access and interact with the Site through the use of automated tracking technology, such as “cookies” and “web beacons.”  A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to a web browser, which enables our Site to remember and customize your subsequent visit.  Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize SAGE pages, or register with SAGE, the Site, or related services, a cookie helps SAGE to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your Personal Information. When you return to the Site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the SAGE features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can instruct your browser to block the acceptance of cookies or to provide you with a warning prompt before you accept cookies from our Site.  Please refer to your Internet browser’s instructions to learn more about these functions.  If you reject or decline cookies, the functionality of the Site may be limited, and you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Site or the websites you visit.  Additionally, we may use web beacons, which are single-pixel, electronic images embedded in the Site that allow us to gather information about your browsing activities on the Site.

From Third-Party Services.  We may receive Personal Information about you from third parties whose privacy practices may differ from the practices described in this Privacy Policy.  We do not endorse or make any representations or warranties concerning, and will not in any way be liable for, any informational content, products, services, software, or other materials available through third parties.  Your use of third parties’ services and/or third-party websites is governed by and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties and/or third-party websites.  We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies and statements of such third parties and/or third-party websites.
